Driving the cars is another...... The sport 530 turbos hold boost very well, Or at least come back on fast when shifting..... The dynos show bogging the car from 2000 RPM how fast they come up.......When driving with turbos already spinning and getting to the next gear is where a small change in the curve can make a big difference. The Sport 530 turbos with stock ported manifolds just barely keep from having lag between shifts .....With the Inconel Manifolds they are alive and Lag is never seen (Very Fun) The PE 1420's with the stock ported manifolds fall WAY out of boost when driving and waiting for them to come back on sucks.......With Manifolds this could go away because it should bring them back into the motors sweet spot. Real world is not always what it appears on paper. One of the worst turbos I have seen is the Stillen Stage 1 upgrade.....I know 3 people with this set up and they are suppose to flow 25% more then stock.....They have just an upgraded compressor wheel and these turbos make stock power with way more lag.....On paper they look good.....In the real world they suck. The PE 1420 will diffinitely make more power then the JWT 530 , But if your not buying manifolds the lag is unbareable to drive..... This is always someones taste and opinion.....I have been in some sport 600 cars that I think are very laggy and the owners think they feel great......But having driven most every resonable combination my opinion is they are too laggy. One more thing to throw in is no 2 cars are alike......That being said this could be one on the poorer side :) Do not get me wrong....This car feels awesome when the boost finally comes on.
